Reflexive practice.
Dr Marc Boaz facilitates reflexive practice groups for professionals working in frontline services. These groups provide a safe space for professionals to reflect on their work, share learning from peers, and emotionally debrief. In some contexts, he also offer group reflexive supervision for team managers and leaders to explore this work in more depth.
People who have participated in these groups tell us it provides them with; valuable insight into who they are as a professional, how they can make sense of the interplays between their professional and personal identities, how to build and sustain mutual and respectful relationships with others, and how to empathise with their clients, or process the difficulties and challenges they face in their everyday work.
Marc’s reflective practice work brings together a combination of existential, phenomenological, systematic, and experiential approaches to human growth and development.
