Dr Marc Boaz is an independent media spokesperson in the mental health field, and has previously acted on behalf of NGOs and public sector organisations. He speaks on a range of mental health and disability-related issues, and has provided interviews and panel discussions for TV, online and radio news (including BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Sky).

Marc has further written comment pieces for mainstream, trade and specialist publications, and more substantively provided insight and expert briefings for journalists, investigative journalists and documentaries (including Panorama, Dispatches and VICE).

He has a background in giving in-person, oral evidence to the UK Parliament Committees on a range of mental health and disability related issues (body image, trauma, ACEs, suicide prevention, internet safety).

Marc has also given guest, and invited, public lectures and seminars (including the RSA, and University College London), and presented at international and European conferences (including at the Society of Existential Analysis, the Federation for Existential Therapy in Europe, and the British Sociological Association).
